The Bible is God’s word to all mankind. It was written by human authors who were inspired by God. It is the supreme source of truth without any mixture of error. (2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20, 21; 2 Timothy1:13)
God is the creator and ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons –the Father, the Son,and the Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1, 26, 27, 3:22; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Philippians2:6; 1 Peter 1:2)
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless human life and offered himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all humanity by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to heaven’s glory and will return again to earth to reign as King. (Matthew 1:22, 23; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-5, 14; Hebrews 4:14, 15)
The Holy Spirit is present in the world to make us aware of our need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christ-follower from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christ- follower with power for living, sharing our faith, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing God’s will. (2 Corinthians 3:17; John 16:7-13; 14:16, 17; Acts 1:8; Ephesians 1:13; Galatians 5:25)
We are made in the image of God, to be like Him in character. We are the supreme object of God’s creation. Although we have tremendous potential for good, we are born sinners, separated from God. (Genesis 1:27; Psalms 8:3- 6; Isaiah 53:6; Romans 3:23)
Salvation is a gift from God to everyone. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works –only by trusting in Jesus Christ as our Savior can we be saved from the penalty of our sin. Salvation begins the moment we receive Jesus Christ into our lives by faith. (Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8,9; John 14:6, 1:12;Titus 3:5; Galatians 3:26; Romans 5:1)
We believe everyone will spend eternity in one of two places. The saved will spend eternity in heaven and the unsaved will spend eternity in hell. (John 3:16; John 3:15; John 5:24; Romans 6:23; Revelation20:15; 1 John 5:11, 12; Matthew 25:31-46)
We believe the church is the body and bride of Christ. It is a spiritual organism made up of all Christ-followers. We believe the local church is the hope of the world. Its purpose is to glorify Christ by reaching all people and growing them to fulfill God’s plan for their lives. (Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 1:22, 23; 5:25-27;1 Corinthians 1:2, 12:12-14; I Timothy 3:15)

Jesus replied, "Blessed are you Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it."
